Why Am I Always Hungry?
Losing weight successfully and keeping it off requires the dieter to recognize that hunger comes in many forms and can easily be an expression of other feelings. No matter what, the first thing to do if you are hunger is to drink some water. Often thirst gets confused in the brain with hunger. Other causes can be skipping meals or eating meals that are too small and/or high in carbs. Emotional issues often lead to hunger especially in the evening.
