Breakfast on the 800 Calorie HCG Diet is Protein Based & Controls Hunger for Most of the Day
HCG meal menus for 2022 include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Breakfast is the key meal that was added to the original 500 calorie HCG diet of Dr. Simmeons. His diet consisted of coffee and maybe an apple for breakfast. This has been appealing to many breakfast skippers, but it is not the best choice. Here are the many proteins available for the HCG diet including eggs, cheese, high protein yogurt, cottage cheese, protein shakes and bars as well as many difference types of protein bars and shakes. Each of the choices for the HCG diet breakfast are listed below with approximate calories, net carbs and protein. As indicated previously, we want the protein to be as high as possible at least 10 grams/portion.
