800 Calorie HCG Diet Foods for 2017

800 calorie HCG diet foods are listed below.

*SIMILARITIES  to the Original Simeons Plan: The 800 calorie HCG food plan is very similar to the original 500 calorie HCG diet from 1954 of Dr Simeons in that it eliminates the major carbs: bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, red and black beans and all foods and drinks with sugar.

*DIFFERENCES from Simeons Plan:

Breakfast, 3 fruits a day and slightly large lunches and low calorie, sugar free snacks are the basic differences.

Using the parameters of Dr Simeons regarding  carbs and sugars, we added many new products that were not available to Dr Simeons since the plan was written in the early 1950’s. Low carb products such as Wasa Crackers, wraps and pitas have been added that follow the carbs and calories in the Melba toasts of Dr Simeons. Proteins shakes and bars with 0 to 2 sugars and less than 5 carbs were also added. Note all of the snacks int he “3 Groups below are low sugar or no sugar and not fat. Almost all have easy control:
